Understanding the Individuals Tab

The Individuals tab in ReadiSupervise gives supervisors a detailed, person-by-person view of fatigue risk, sync status, and recent sleep data for the selected crew segment and shift.

Shift Context

At the top of the page, you'll see the title Today’s Shift or Next 18 Hours, along with the shift’s start time and date.

  • If you're supervising a standard shift (e.g., 9:00 AM, Apr 1), the start time reflects that shift.

  • If the selected shift has already ended, the date may show the next scheduled instance of that shift (e.g., 9:00 AM, Apr 2).

  • For the Next 18 Hours, the current hour and today's date are shown instead.

Fatigue Summary

Below the header, you may see a crew-wide fatigue risk summary message like:

  • X of Y crew members flagged for high fatigue during today’s shift, or

  • X of Y crew members flagged for high fatigue during the next 18 hours

Tabs Within the Individuals Page

There are three sub-tabs you can switch between: ReadiScore, Sync, and Sleep.

🔴 ReadiScore

This view focuses on the current fatigue risk of each crew member.

Filters (appear dynamically when applicable):

  • Flagged / Lower Risk – Based on whether the user is expected to cross the risk threshold during the shift.

  • ReadiML / Wearable Only – Based on how the user's ReadiScore was generated (machine learning or sleep tracking device).

  • On-Duty / Upcoming Duty / Off-Duty – Shows user's current duty status (especially relevant for the Next 18 Hours).

Sort Options

  • Sort the crew by ascending or descending ReadiScores.

User Rows:

  • ReadiScore for the current hour, showing:

    • The user’s average ReadiScore

    • Icons for data source and on-duty status

    • An Atypical badge (if the user’s average shift ReadiScore is 7 or more points lower than their historical average)

  • User's name, and if applicable, an ACTION LOGGED tag (if the user was the target of a completed action within the last 7 days)

  • Time to Threshold – Countdown to when the user will first cross below the shift’s fatigue risk threshold

    • If the user remains below the threshold: displays a time value

    • If the threshold has already been crossed: displays Now

    • If the user remains above the threshold all shift: displays nothing

Users for whom ReadiScores could not be forecasted for today’s shift are listed separately.
