Overview

The Hotspots tab in ReadiSupervise provides a high-level view of fatigue risk trends across your selected crew for the current shift. This view helps supervisors and health and safety teams quickly identify periods of elevated risk during the workday and take proactive steps to manage operator fatigue.

Shift Information

At the top of the page, you’ll see a title such as Today’s Shift or Next 18 Hours (depending on your selected shift type). Next to the title, we display either:

  • The shift’s start time and date, or

  • The current time and date if the “Next 18 Hours” shift is selected

  • For example: 09:00 AM, Apr 11.

Relative Risk Message

Just below the title, you’ll see a message comparing today's crew fatigue with historical patterns for the same shift:

  • Higher than usual fatigue for [Shift Name] – when today’s average ReadiScore is more than 3 points lower than the historical average.

  • Usual fatigue for [Shift Name] – when today's average is within 3 points of the historical average.

  • Lower than usual fatigue for [Shift Name] – when today's average is 3 or more points higher than the historical average.

This gives you quick insight into whether today's shift is seeing more or less fatigue than expected.

Crew Member Count

Below the risk message, a line displays the number of contributing crew members: Based on average of # crew members.

This reflects the number of users from your selected group who have valid ReadiScore data for today’s shift.

Fatigue Risk by Hour

The core of the Hotspots page is a single-column, vertical chart that breaks down the shift hour by hour (or in grouped blocks of time).

The Y-axis shows the shift’s timeline from start to end.

Each block of time is color-coded based on the average ReadiScore of the selected crew during that hour or group of hours:

  • Severe Risk

  • High Risk

  • Elevated Risk

  • Moderate Risk

  • Low Risk

This visualization provides a clear summary of when fatigue risk is most elevated during the shift.

High-Risk Warnings

During hours labeled as Elevated, High, or Severe Risk on average, the chart displays the following message, indicating the total number of users flagged for fatigue during today's shift:

  • # individuals at high risk within the corresponding time block.

These blocks are interactive. Tapping on them takes you directly to the Individuals tab, where you can view detailed fatigue information for each user.
